Für eine **Schlüsselposition im CRT-Sektor** suchen wir aktuell für das **Gebiet Westösterreich** einen **innovativen und engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter**, der bereit ist, aktiv an der spannenden Einführung neuer Technologien (Liquid Natural Gas, Hydrogen) und an Digitalisierungsprozessen mitzuarbeiten. Und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende zu leisten.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Verantwortung für die Profitabilität des Vertriebsbereiches
- Geschäftsaufbau & -entwicklung sowie klares Verständnis der unterschiedlichen Werttreiber
- Active-Management: Führen von Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Entwickeln und Erstellen von Angeboten
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Kundenbeziehungen auf Weiterentwicklungspotenziale, z.B. hinsichtlich zusätzlicher Serviceleistungen bzw. Cross-Selling
- Entwicklung einer Dekarbonisierungs-Roadmap für Kunden und Einbezug der Digitalisierungs-Strategie für ihren Fuhrpark
- Professionelles Relationship-Management: Proaktive Pflege einer vertrauensvollen und offenen Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. Credit) und Unterstützung der Kollegen im Team
- Tägliche Sicherstellung und Einhaltung des Kundenversprechens

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK) bzw. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung u.a. in den Bereichen Account Management, Sales, Vertragsverhandlung, Ergebnisverantwortung
- „Can-Do-Mentalität“, Belastbarkeit, Bereitschaft sich permanent zu verbessern sowie „Learner-Mindset“; Bereitschaft sich neuen Technologien und Angeboten zu öffnen und bei der Entwicklung und Vermarktung zu unterstützen
- „Self-Starter“ mit der Fähigkeit, seinen Aufgabenbereich selbstständig zu organisieren und zu strukturieren
- Relevante Vertriebserfahrung im B2B Geschäft, Abschluss
- und Verhandlungsstärke auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
- Starker Fokus auf das Neukundengeschäft für eine kontinuierliche Sales-Pipeline
- Kundenorientierung und Verständnis für Anforderungen/Bedürfnisse der Kunden (Betreiber von CRT-Fuhrparks) sowie Erfahrung in der Nutzung relevanter Vertriebs
- bzw. CRM-Tools
- Ausgeprägtes Beziehungs-Management, vertrauenswürdiges und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS-Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel)
- Hohe Mobilität innerhalb des definierten Gebietes (2-3 Tage pro Woche beim Kunden) sowie Bereitschaft zu virtuellem Arbeiten
