Apart from ready-to-wear, shoes and bags, the product range offers ESCADA fragrances, eyewear, watches and jewelry.

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**

Our ESCADA Sales Associates are working with passion and a high level of dedication to the brand. As an ESCADA ambassador you will drive the store sales by providing excellent customer service and establishing strong relationships with our clients, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance. You support the management as well as the team in all store operations.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing ESCADA service standards and values
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
- Maintain display and organization of all areas per the VM guidelines
- Participate in all inventory and cycle count activities

**PROFILE**
- You have proven experience in a similar role in retail or hospitality
- You have a strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion and creativity
- You provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- You show a high level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
- You have a hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience
- You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written) or any other languages are advantageous
