Support the Global HR Business Partner in the execution of HR core processes and everyday work across the business line Connectivity & Security. Our clients are our business managers. This job includes direct and virtual interaction and collaboration with managers and HR colleagues across the globe. Preparation, handling and processing of confidential data are an integral part of the job.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Detailed operational planning and structuring of HR core processes (performance management, rewards (salary & bonus), promotions)
- Reporting per HR Business Partner or manager request
- Assist with strategic manager and workforce initiatives
- Day-to-day management of HR BP related tasks (scheduling of trainings and meetings, slide preparation, be ready to share status on ongoing processes any point in time)

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in the fields of business studies, economics, psychology, or similar
- Diligent, detailed work attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel with vlookup and pivot)
- Strong service orientation
- Interest in working in an international team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent Business English
- Analytical skills appreciated
- Previous job experience, ideally in HR, is a benefit
- Availability: around 30 hours/week

NXP offers competitive compensation. The minimum salary for this position is EUR € 1950;
- gross/month on a fulltime basis.

The possibility of flexible working time is given.
