At our company location in Guntramsdorf we are looking for support in the field of HR management. In this role you are responsible for handling all strategic and operational HR agendas within Austria. You will support management in personnel-related issues and actively participate in the implementation of global HR processes and corporate programs.

**Your responsibilities**
- Advice and support for managers and employees on all HR issues
- Support of the management in organizational changes and change processes as well as in the implementation of performance & compensation management activities
- Active support of the ongoing recruiting projects - from the administration of the tool, selection of the search method, conducting interviews to the drafting of contracts and onboarding
- Interface to global and local payroll accounting (uploading of all payroll-relevant data, checking payroll accounting, reports, etc.)
- Learning & Development - Support in the implementation of further education and training measures
- Participation in the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives to improve HR processes
- Administration of the various HR tools (employee database, time system, payroll, etc.)
- Preparation of data material for various stakeholders (personnel figures, statistics, reports), internal communication of all HR-related topics
- Regular exchange with the works council and cooperation on various topics (creation of new company agreements, employee benefits, etc.)

**Your background**
- Completed studies with a focus on human resources management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR management, ideally in an international company.
- Experienced handling of MS Office, experience with time systems and payroll tools as well as employee databases (e.g., Workday) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Trusting personality with high empathy and social skills
- A high degree of initiative and a conscientious and structured way of working
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- We require fluent written and spoken German and English

For this position, a minimum basic salary according to CBA (employees in the electrical industry) from EUR 3.500,00 gross per month applies. Depending on your qualifications and experience, there is readiness for CBA overpayment.
