**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Working Student in our Office Operations and Reception Team, you will be an important point of contact for our employees, actively helping to ensure that day-to-day office life runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors to the office, setting and cleaning up conference rooms, supporting event catering, showing new employees around the office, and providing local support of health & safety measures. You'll also assist with print and copy jobs in our copy center, as well as running errands and organizing mail and courier services.

As you work to ensure seamlessly functioning internal processes, you'll be as a key interface for both in-house and outside contacts. Finally, you will have the opportunity to get involved beyond your standard responsibilities. We encourage self-initiative and will support you in bringing in innovative ideas and turning them into reality.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- You stand out for your excellent communication and teaming skills and for your competent and professional conduct toward clients and coworkers.
- You have good organizational skills and attention to detail, and you enjoy working in a service role.
- You impress others with your structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and clients.
- You complete organizational tasks precisely and conscientiously.
- Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You are a student in a bachelor’s or master’s program (with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG and no mandatory internships planned in the near future).
- You’re able to keep up with our fast-moving business and are service-oriented and responsive. In addition, you consider yourself an improvisational talent.
- You communicate competently and professionally in German and English and work proficiently with MS Office programs.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You can look forward to working with a young, dynamic team comprised of two full-time and one part-time members, in which tasks are flexibly distributed.
