We are looking for a strong **entrepreneurial generalist** who is supporting us across all founder activities around developing our company, with a focus on finance, accounting, and HR. It ranges from small tasks to ownership of entire projects. To keep feedback loops close, we would like you to work from **Vienna** for most of the week; however, there is some flexibility to work remote for 1-2 days per week. The Entrepreneur in Residence program last for **4-6 months** and can lead to a full-time role after. You can **start** between **mid of August and end of September.**

**Things you will do**
- Support across all topics in finance and accounting and help to build scalable processes.
- Enable us to grow the team and establish scalable HR processes.
- Communication with external stakeholders and partners.
- Take over important operational tasks.
- Engage in strategic discussions.

**Who you are**
- You are very well self organized and don’t shy away from leaving your comfort zone on a daily base.
- You are willing to get your hands dirty and don’t care what you do, as long as you create value.
- It is easy for you to read into new topics and learn unfamiliar things fast.
- You are a highly analytical person.
- You are a strong communicator able to get it to the point.
- It is part of your DNA to support other people and collaborate across disciplines.
- You are a flexible, open-minded person who enjoys reacting to new findings and dynamic environments instead of sticking to a plan.

**What you have done in the past**
- You have a bachelor and/or master’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, or any other relevant field. Preferably at a top-tier university.
- You have demonstrated in the past that you are willing to go the extra mile in sports, social, or entrepreneurial activities.
- You have gathered some valuable practical experience doing internships with best in class companies.
