We are currently looking for an experienced **Release & Deployment Management Analyst (m/w/d)**. This position is available in Frankfurt, Munich or Nuremberg.

**About the team**

The Release and Change Management Team sits within the Client Delivery organisation and is responsible for defining and maintaining Change Management standards for all Kordoba customer environments. On a day-to-day basis, the team works closely with our technology teams and clients to plan, schedule and control the movement of technology change through customer non-production and production environments ensuring the integrity of environments are protected, correct components are released, and all standards maintained.

**What you will be doing**

You will:

- Participates and facilitates Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
- Maintains a calendar of approved and agreed upon product and infrastructure maintenance schedules.
- Reviews completeness and quality of change information entered into the change management system and works with change raisers to correct deficiencies.
- Works with all parties to resolve change related scheduling conflicts according to established practices.
- Holds Post Implementation review meetings to identify lessons learnt with failed change and change with issues.

**What you bring**:

- Experience working in a technology or financial services organization and preferably have worked in a vendor/client capacity.
- Experience working in a process driven environment.
- Fluent command of German and English.
- Work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.
- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- A technical or software development background.
- ITIL certified.
