Haberkorn ist eigentlich eine Liebesgeschichte. Leopold Haberkorn und Frieda Moosbrugger lernten sich vor vielen Jahren in Bregenz kennen und gründeten 1932 das Unternehmen F. Haberkorn. Anfänglich drehte sich alles um Feuerwehren und Seilereiwaren, mittlerweile zählt Haberkorn zu den größten technischen Händlern in Europa und versorgt seine Kunden aus Industrie und Bau mit Arbeitsschutz, Schmierstoffen und technischen Produkten. **operatives Controlling**:
In der Abteilung Rechnungswesen und Controlling arbeiten wir mit modernsten Methoden und Anwendungen. Damit stellen wir die wesentlichen Instrumente und Kennzahlen zur Steuerung des Unternehmens verlässlich zur Verfügung. Als Senior-Controller/in unterstützen Sie uns mit fundiertem Fachwissen, unternehmerischem Denken und hohem Geschäftsverständnis dabei, unsere Vision zu erreichen.

**Was Sie erwartet**:
**eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten**
- Sie verantworten gemeinsam mit einer erfahrenen Kollegin das operative Controlling und sind dabei insbesondere dafür verantwortlich, die begleitenden Controlling-Aktivitäten zeitgerecht durchzuführen.
- Im Zusammenspiel mit den Fachabteilungen Vertrieb, Einkauf und Logistik erkennen Sie Handlungsschwerpunkte, leiten Maßnahmen ab und begleiten die Umsetzung dieser.
- Als Sparring-Partnerin bzw. Sparring-Partner der Fachabteilungen sind Sie in ihrer Funktion regelmäßig Teilnehmer in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten.
- Sie stellen den Fachabteilungen regelmäßig Berichte zur Verfügung. Sie verantworten, dass diese Berichte stets auf die Geschäftsstrategie abgestimmt sind.
- Von Anfang an begleiten Sie den Aufbau der Reporting-Werkzeuge auf Datenbasis des zukünftigen Gruppen-ERP-Systems SAP S/4HANA.
- Ihr Gehalt liegt deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag für Handel; abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:
**Erfahrung im Controlling und Begeisterung für BI-Tools**
- Sie haben ein wirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen und haben bereits Erfahrung im Controlling in ähnlicher Funktion gesammelt.
- Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und großen Datenmengen.
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Zahlengefühl und analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Steuerungssysteme weiter zu entwickeln und zu optimieren bereitet Ihnen Freude.
