**Clinical Trial Assistant (f/m)**

**Your area of responsibility**:
The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) maintains and co-ordinates administrative, financial and logístical aspects of clinical trials according to Good Clinical Practice, relevant SOPs as well as client contracts. The Clinical Trail Assistant acts as a pivotal point of contact for the clinical trial team and any contract organization used.

This function essentially contributes to the appropriate and effective performance of clinical research projects with regards to financial as well as operative aspects. The following list provides information on the CTA’s main activities:

- Support Clinical Research Teams with the ongoing conduct of studies (covering financial & operative aspects)
- Support proper and accurate study documentation
- Become/ be familiar with the relevant regulations for Clinical Trials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in the preparation, handling and tracking of Ethics/ Regulatory Submissions
- Coordination of ordering, dispatch and tracking of study material
- Organization of Project Team Meetings/ Investigator Meetings incl. meeting minutes

**Your preferred profile**:

- Medical or natural scientific background, if possible
- Fluency in English (oral/written)
- Computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work to project-driven deadlines
- Reliable and willing to work exactly according to the guidelines and rules applicable

For legal reasons we are obliged to point out the minimum salary of € 1650. gross per month for that position (40 working hours per week) according to collective agreement with the willingness of overpayment depending on qualification and professional experience.
