**Als Head of Product Line Development Conveyor Technology bei TGW Mechanics GmbH übernimmst du die technische Leitung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Produktlinie Conveyor Technology. Du verantwortest die komplette Produktlinie über den gesamten Lebenszyklus als auch wichtige Entwicklungsprojekte und arbeitest dabei eng mit internationalen Teams, Stakeholdern und Partnern zusammen. Durch deine starke Führungskompetenz und dein technisches Know-how in der Produkt Entwicklung trägst du maßgeblich zur Produktoptimierung und zum Erfolg unserer Fördertechnologie bei.**

**WAS MAN BEI UNS BEWEGT**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams, darunter Experten für Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektronik, Embedded SW, Automatisierung technik (HW und SW) wie auch Product Owner und Entwicklungsprojektleiter.
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung wie auch professionaliserung der zugeordneten Bereich wie Produkt Entwicklung, Industrialiserung und Produktprotfoliobetreuung.
- Technische Verantwortung und Leitung für die Produktlinie Conveyor Technology
- Planung und Budgetverantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Product Management und Bereichsleitung
- Koordination und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Produktprotfoliosteuerung und Sicherstellung der Lieferqualität in Termin
- und Budget und Herstellkosten einhaltung
- Initiierung von Produktverbesserungen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktlinie

**WAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (HTL, Uni/FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Software Engineering, Mechatronik oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Langjährige Erfahrung (5-10 Jahre) in der Entwicklung mechatronischer Industrieprodukte und Führung von Teams mit 8-30 Mitarbeitenden
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Disziplinen: Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Steuerungssoftware, Embedded Systems; gutes Verständnis für angrenzende Disziplinen wie Mechanik
- Profunde und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Projektleitung von Produktenwicklungen als auch betriebswirtschaftliches Grundwissen und Erfahrung in produktnaher Kundenentwicklung
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit starker Team
- und Führungskompetenz
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
