**Prozessmanager* - Emerging Markets**:
**Die Aufgaben**:

- Sie arbeiten am Aufbau der Prozessinfrastruktur für unsere Auslandsgesellschaften
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren effiziente Logistik
- und Finanzprozesse
- Sie betreuen Schulungen und koordinieren Erweiterungs
- und Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Sie erstellen gemeinsam mit der lokalen Belegschaft Reports für das Management
- Sie denken ganzheitlich alle Prozessschritte durch und setzen erfolgreich um

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine kaufm. oder techn. Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Sie sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, wobei jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil ist
- Sie kommunizieren geschickt und agieren als Problemlöser
- Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an interkulturellem Verständnis mit
- Sie reisen gerne, sind lernbereit, aufgeschlossen und flexibel
