**About the Role**:
The Market Network Supply Planner ensures proper supply of products to the Market, Distributor and Direct Clients, according to Group Quality Policy and in coordination with Central Supply and Local Business and Financial Function. The role manages daily interactions with Central team and Local Commercial teams to ensure best match of supply and demand and optimum stock of finished products according the freshness policy of the Group.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Daily interactions with Central Operations Planning/Area Operating Planners/Category Planners as well as with Local Demand Planning
- Manages weekly the consistency of local product requirements and detects potential situations of over stock or of shortage
- Ensures availability of finished products for local co-packing production needs (codes repacked in local co-packers)
- Ensures planning of supply in right quantities and monitors production attainment of the several plants serving the region
- Defines and communicates to transport department of the production sites the urgent and priority loadings
- Analysis of stock coverage and critical situation
- Manages reporting and control of KPI Freshness, KPI Order Cut, Risk analysis, coverage & production analysis, claim & damage analysis
- Analysis of supply performance from the plants
- Analysis with sales forecast consumption and critical items situation
**Who we are looking for**:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics or Engineering
- 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Logistics (preferably in the FMCG sector)
- Very good command of German and English
- Strong knowledge of PC software (in particular MS Excel), IT background is advantage
- SAP and SAP APO knowledge is an advantage
- Preferable previous experience in planning function for Austrian or Swiss trade market in FMCG or similar
