**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Bestehende Business Intelligence Lösungen betreuen und weiterentwickeln, sowie neue Prozesse implementieren
- Reporting mittels Power BI in enger Abstimmung mit KundInnen optimieren
- Eigenständig Projekte konzipieren und umsetzen
- Implementieren von Datenvisualisierungen unter Verwendung bestehender Datenbanken in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen
- Vorbereiten und abhalten von Workshops und Schulungen bei KundInnen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung zwischen KundInnen und internen Projektmitgliedern

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und idealerweise Projektmanagementerfahrung in der Umsetzung von Optimierungsprojekten oder als Key-User:in im Bereich Sales & Customer Service (Microsoft Systeme NAV, AX, D365 F&O, SAP)
- IT-Affinität, Power BI-Kenntnisse und damit verbundene Programmierkenntnisse (ETL)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft ca. 30 % (gut planbar, zumeist geblockt und projektbezogen)
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Freude an der Beratung von KundInnen, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist

Für die Position ist ein leistungsgerechtes und attraktives Entgelt vorgesehen. Die Bezahlung variiert abhängig von Ihrer konkreten Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Zusätzlich bieten wir flexible Arbeitszeiteinteilung, die Möglichkeit für Home-Office und zahlreiche Incentives.
