The Account Manager Off-Trade is responsible to manage selected accounts in Off-Trade and for supporting the Sales Manager Off-Trade ensuring effective and efficient management & coordination of all sales related business processing. Supervision of everyday business and acting as core interface & communicator between Off-Trade Accounts and MA Austria. Overseeing any sales-related back-office workflows linked to cross-functional collaboration with other departments (On-Trade, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance).

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in achieving the volume and value target, as well as the agreed profit development of respective accounts in close cooperation with the Sales Manager Off-Trade
- Responsible for full support of Sales Manager Off-Trade for respective key accounts on all levels of customer business management to ensure best possible customer service
- Prepare, participate at and post process customer meetings (e.g. record of meeting minutes, execution of measures, contact to relevant interfaces - internally and externally)
- Support / maintain the Off-Trade customer contract database (VISTEX - conditions, lump sums)
- Monitor accruals based on cooperation contracts and VISTEX
- Control and check all Off-Trade orders on a daily basis
- Set up pricing & condition overviews for new and existing products
- Controlling of pricing and condition schemes
- Take care / process customer complaints due to price differences
- Monitor, analyse and improve sell in & sell out by active management of the account
- Ensure volume planning and phasing processes are done with given allocations and supply chain quotas. The achievement of a good forecast accuracy is a must have to ensure a professional supply chain process and respective results
- Develop specific channel strategies and tailor-made customer offerings
- Plan and execute activations & promotions for all Off-Trade accounts in alignment with MKT (e.g. special placements & POS activations)
- Track promotional results and effects and submit all relevant feedback to manager and MKT

**Profile**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Commercial or Business Administration with clear emphasis on Sales and Controlling

**Professional experience & know how**:

- Min. 2-3 years experience in sales and account management, preferably in a luxury products company
- Strong skills and capacity in data analysis & evaluation, incl. reporting & presentation formatting

**Languages**:

- Fluent German
- Fluent English written & spoken
- French is a plus

- Elaborated IT skills: MS Office (advanced Excel & PPT skills), SAP and BI-Tools like Salesforce & Qliksense
