**The Trademark Department at the Headquarters in Fuschl am See in Austria handles and coordinates all trademark prosecution matters worldwide for Red Bull and its affiliated companies in over 200 jurisdictions.**

In this position, you will be responsible to conduct, analyse and review trademark clearance searches, prepare worldwide trademark clearance reports as well as manage a tight-knit team who assist in the preparation of the reports.

**All the responsibilities we'll trust you with**:** GLOBAL TRADEMARK CLEARANCE MANAGEMENT AND REVIEW**

In this role you´ll take over the preparation of complicated US and international trademark clearances and the preparation of resulting complex reports. Significant risk analysis and decisionmaking skills are required in reporting on the approval, adoption and use of cleared names for new event names and products.

You will also be responsible to oversee and sign off on trademark clearances and the reports for advertising and promotional materials which are prepared by the clearance team.

You´ll review and approve new products names on can labels as well as be responsible to attend Brand meetings on a weekly basis and if necessary, provide business with feedback on all clearance matters.
*** TEAM MANAGEMENT**

You´ll supervise, coordinate and manage a small team in clearance matters.
***BUDGET**

You´ll review and approve invoices of external counsels and support the IP Counsel with managing the Prosecution budget.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Law Degree, LLM (in IP Law) would be a plus
- At least 5-8 years experience in intellectual property law, specifically US and International trademark searches and clearances, preferably with an international law firm or company.
- Solid experience in managing high volumes and complicated trademark clearances in a global context
- Very strong communication and exceptional risk analysis and decisionmaking skills
- Sound business judgement and strategic thinking
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
