MyGroove - das musikbasierte App-Startup von Red Bull - ist auf der Suche nach einem/r Community Manager:in - der/die uns in Sachen Customer Happiness unterstützt und unsere Social Media Community pflegt. Du wirst für die Verwaltung und Entwicklung der MyGroove Online-Community verantwortlich und die Stimme hinter unserem Brand sein.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:

Du bist der Herzschlag unserer Community Mit deinem offenen Ohr für Nachrichten und Kommentare sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Community gehört fühlt. Du hast ein Händchen für Community Growth und verpasst es nicht, mit einem witzigen Kommentar darauf auf zu springen.

**Customer Support
**Du hilfst unseren Kunden mit Spaß und Drive weiter. Über Zendesk sorgst du dafür, dass keine Anfrage unbeantwortet bleibt. Du kennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Community und passt unsere FAQs entsprechend an, damit unsere User immer die besten Lösungen finden.

**Unterstützung**

Du unterstützt nicht nur beim Posten unseres Contents, sondern bist auch ein kreativer Kopf, wenn es um neue Formate und Konzepte geht, die unsere Community engagen. Außerdem unterstützt du uns beim Aufbau von E-Mail-Kampagnen und In-App Messages. Events? Hier bringst du deine Energie bei Workshops, Jam Sessions oder Konzerten ein und betreust unsere Community vorab wie auch vor Ort.

**Trends & Reports**

Du hast ein feines Gespür für Trends, sprudelst nur so vor Ideen und weißt genau, welche Posts durch die Decke gehen - wir freuen uns auf deine Insights und Analysen.

**Qualifikationen**:
Berufserfahrung im Community Management, Social Media oder Customer Service Bereich

Sicherer Umgang mit Kundenanfragen über diverse Plattformen und gute Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um den Überblick zu bewahren

Grundkenntnisse in der Musik und mit Apps

Verständnis für aktuelle Trends und Social Media

Know-How darüber, wie man über Plattformen hinweg einen konstanten TOV bewahrt (Englisch und Deutsch)

Motivierter Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und der Bereitschaft, sich in ein breites Spektrum von inhaltsbezogenen Bereichen einzuarbeiten.

Proaktivität und die Fähigkeit, auf Probleme anderer einzugehen und diese zu lösen
