The department is responsible in Erste Group Bank AG for Fund Administration & Securities Network Management within Banking Services.
The network team manages the securities network of Erste Group Bank AG. The main tasks of the team are ensuring the legal compliance and the service quality towards our sub-custodians. Furthermore cost controlling and negotiations are essential tasks.

Our unit is also responsible for the Holding Procedure for Sub-Custody, defining the relevant processes, roles, responsibilities and minimum standard requirements of the sub-custody business in Erste Group Bank AG.

**Your Tasks**:

- Management of sub-custodians - also selection of new ones
- Ensuring compliance with the relevant requirements and regulations
- Negotiating fees with our sub-custodians
- Performing due diligence on-site visits at out sub-custodians according to the aligned, risk-based visit plan
- Sending, rating and analysing of due diligence questionnaires
- Monitoring the service quality of our sub-custodians and acting as escalation point
- Ensuring the necessary internal and external account setup
- Providing market information/updates to the relevant recipients
- Ensuring regular exchange with Group Legal Markets, Risk Management, Compliance and Sanctions on sub-custodian relationship

**Your Background**:

- At least five years professional experience in the banking industry, with strong focus on securities or related fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of securities and treasury products is of great advantage
- Great communication and representation skills
- Act self-accountable and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and German
