Currently we are looking for a **Senior Product Manager Immunology**.
**Key Responsibilities and Major Duties**:
- Driving the growth of existing products and preparing upcoming launches.
- Preparation, coordination, and execution of the brand plan in cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation.
- Communication and collaboration with colleagues in sales, market access, business operations, medical, regulatory, market research and digital.
- Extension of digital strategy and exploring innovative new ways of customer interaction for the Immunology portfolio.
- Lead of marketing projects, e.g., development of new promotional material.
- Support development of sales forecasts and actively manage direct product expenses.
- Seek feedback on initiatives and activities to understand customer needs, develop associated action plans to address these needs.
- Key opinion leader contacts.
- Develop sales force trainings in close cooperation with training department.
- Organization & participation of/in local marketing events (e.g. stand-alone meetings etc.) as well as participation in national and international congresses on as-needed basis.
- Participation in global brand meetings.
- Regular exchange with other markets and the world-wide brand team.
- Be compliant with all BMS processes, rules and SOPs (standard operating procedures).
**Key Requirements**:
- Higher economic or natural sciences education (university, FH)
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Immunology/biologics and/or Psoriasis preferred
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex problems/ data gathered from a variety of sources and deliver superior solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of technically and functionally diverse people.
- Influencing and persuading them to get things done, and delivering value-added business results that meet high quality requirements within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, reliability, service-orientation, collaborative and cross-functional mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good knowledge in relevant computer programs like Excel, PowerPoint,
- Very good language skills in German and English
