To support our team at the company headquarters in Wels, we are looking for a communicative personality as an Assistant Implementation & Service Support.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Preparation of quotations in close cooperation with the technical department
- Customer correspondence
- Execution of various administrative tasks such as ordering, shipping preparation, invoicing
- Processing of repair orders
- Resource allocation in consultation with the respective departments
- Reliable contact person for customers as well as internally
- Administrative representation and support of the division manager
- Representation of the assistance project management & procurement
- Appointment coordination and various assistant activities
**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Completed commercial training
- First relevant professional experience
- Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Very good verbal and textual communication skills in German and English
- Affinity for support of leisure and entertainment industry and technical interest
