**Project Overview**

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

**Position Overview**

The role reports to the Workforce Mobilisation Supervisor
- Day to operational contact with Construction Project team and Mobilisation Coordinators (Bechtel and Subcontractors)
- Day to day operational contact with Project employees
- Day to day operational contact with Transport Coordinator and Accommodation Provider
- Day to day functional contact with the Project Workforce Services Manager

**Position Duties and Responsibilities**

Specific requirements to the role will include but not limited to:

- Organise and arrange ongoing end to end travel including booking of charter and/or commercial flights, buses, and camp accommodation
- Ensure all personnel receive their travel itinerary outlining their flights, accommodation, bus information in a timely manner and ahead of their intended travel date
- Rescheduling due to cancellations/flight delays
- Input and maintain roster cycles
- Responding to any questions/queries from site personnel in relation to travel and accommodation
- Coordinate employees’ initial mobilisation and accommodation request with the recruitment and mobilisation team
- Prepare accommodation and utilisation reports
- Prepare daily manifests
- Other tasks as designated by the Project Mobilisation Supervisor including recruitment and mobilisation activities

**Qualifications/Job Requirements**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Sound communication both written and verbal
- Provision of a service function in high pressure project environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Prior experience in a similar role using travel and logistics software such as SAMS, Workflow, INX is highly desirable
- Adhoc overtime will be required at the direction of the Project Mobilisation Supervisor

**Additional Information**

The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site. Mobile phones and other personal electronic devices - i.e. wireless headphones, iPads, smart watches - are also not permitted on site.
