Executive Assistant to The CEO

Ryanair Group is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and hard-working person to provide executive assistant and administrative support to the Laudamotion CEO & Spokesperson for Ryanair DACH. Carrying 165+m guests p.a. on more than 3,000 daily flights from 80+ bases, the group connects over 200 destinations in 40 countries on a fleet of over 550 aircraft.

**The Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to build their career in the dynamic aviation industry and within the Ryanair Group.
- Representation and participation for RYR at media, aviation and political meetings and events
- Preparing notes, memos and reports for senior management
- Collaborating with many departments within the Ryanair Group
- Travel to support RYR media events
- Minute taking, maintaining electronic and hard copy file system.
- Collating data for and drafting weekly reports
- Scheduling meetings and overseeing management calendars
- Arrange detailed travel plans & itineraries and compile travel-related meetings.
- Maintaining shared documents via shared drives, Smartsheets, Power BI.
- Ad hoc duties as required by the needs of the business.

**Requirements**:

- You must hold the right to work & live in the EU.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (C1+ or native speaker).
- German not necessary, but a big advantage.
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills.
- An efficient and methodical work ethic - accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to maintain organization while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast
- paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle highly confidential information.
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humor
