There are lots of design challenges and tons of pixels for you to push.
- This position is a maternity replacement for a period of 18 months.- You will...- be a part of our Communication Content Production team and work within the Newsroom and together with Brand Management and Communication colleagues
- drive transformation of the Newsroom content from text to image together with our video production colleagues
- create assets (digital and print) for intranet, social media, elevator screens and LED walls, press and websites
- create graphs, edit photos and videos to visualize various contents, from daily business to special campaigns
- support developing designs for events and video formats
- design slide-based presentations and ensure their consistency and high-quality
- build and maintain a design system that houses those assets and can easily be accessed by or distributed to the Brand Management and Communication teams as well as agencies in all Erste Group countries- What you'll bring with you- 3+ years of experience working as a Visual/Motion Designer
- A portfolio or work samples demonstrating a broad spectrum of visual design work in both print and digital
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch as well as Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint; Skills in After Effects are a plus
- Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with other departments and external partners
- Ability to think outside the box and to take direction and feedback
- Ability to inspire colleagues to create visual content
- Very good written and spoken English, good German and/or CEE-languages are clear assets- More about our team:
