The **Bosch Engineering Center Linz **develops and manufactures innovative technologies for the entire powertrain in the electrification, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway market segments. With our future-oriented mobility concepts, we are helping to shape the change in mobility worldwide with innovative solutions.
We are hiring To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Chip-Lead for Automotive SoCs (full-time 38.5 hours).
Stellenbeschreibung
- ** Take over responsibility**: As a Chip-Lead you are responsible for the IC Requirements specification and mapping of the IC requirements to the customer requirements. You drive IC design and volume production readiness while owning the chip level KPIs (Power, Performance, Test Time, Area).
- ** Assess in a structured manner**: You own the IC datasheet and Errata sheet and present the technical content to customers. In addition to that ensuring SoC IPs blocks fit into the top-level chip hierarchy and ensuring on-chip interfaces are ready is also your responsibility.
- ** Think holistically**: The technical leadership in critical decision making and integration of concepts from system engineers and architects is also part of your to do and you will work closely together with the project manager, the system architects, the software architects and the IP project managers
Qualifikationen

- ** Working Practice**: encourage your peers to contribute and innovate, have fun designing chips, ability to reach consensus between different parties
- ** Experience and Knowledge**: multiple years of experience in developing technically demanding integrated circuit; knowledge of design and product qualification methodology for Automotive; basic understanding of requirements and methods acc. ISO26262 (for example FMEDA, FTA, metrics)
