We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Digital HR / HR IT to lead our company’s digital HR project development and management efforts as well as our way towards an excellent employee experience. Reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture, the inhabitant will be responsible for designing and implementing the digital HR roadmap, systems and processes driven by an employee experience approach.
Group Head of Digital HR (all genders)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital HR strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives
- Anticipate emerging HR technology trends, and proactively recommend and introduce new initiatives to improve employee experience
- Cooperate with all Erste countries and entities (including Austrian savings banks) to ensure alignment on the Digital HR strategy
- Lead an (agile) team of experts to execute the HR IT strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business relevance
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Cooperate with various external vendors to ensure a top-notch digital HR portfolio
- Use proven tactics or methods to guide the organization through transformation, helping the team create a shared understanding around the complexities of the digital future
- Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including other IT teams, the people & culture teams and C-Suite across the organization
**Qualifications**:
- Vast experience in HR IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role or similar experiences
- Strong understanding of developing and implementing HR technology strategies and systems
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS systems
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and assessing
- Proven track record in working closely and successfully with international C-Suites
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluent in English and German language
