The Brand Ambassador work in conjunction with our sales and marketing teams in the planning, development, and implementation of the Lillet brand strategy.- The role of a Brand Ambassadors requires work across a wide range of marketing activities such as brand education, event management and digital. You’ll work with brand & sales teams and off your own initiative to be on a first name basis with bartenders, distributors, agencies and influencers alike.- Brand Ambassadors are driven, creative and entrepreneurial, with a passion for content creation. If you have a passion for brand marketing and sales, then this job is for you.- Your Responsibility-
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of all brand activations B2B & B2C for the brand Lillet.-
- Development of brand activation plans for each brand in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.-
- Close cooperation with the national on-trade team and the relevant interfaces in marketing.-
- Regular reporting and maintenance of the relevant systems as well as budget management.-
- Building and maintaining a network within the gastronomy, influencer, and event scene.-
- Increase in digital activities in the social media area and running the Brand Ambassador Instagram Account-
- Creative cooperation and coordination of projects with external agencies and partners.-
- Continuous market, competition, and trend monitoring.-
- Organizing events and conducting tastings and masterclasses for customers & consumers all over Austria-
- Developing drink strategies, visibility projects and events together with on-trade venues.-
- Executing brand activities directed at bartenders such as competitions, tastings, and trainings(the full organization is set by BM).-
- Develop tools & Materials needed to perform (local presentations, specific POS ) with the support and validation of the dedicated Brand Managers.- Your Profile:- Professional experience in the areas of gastronomy / bartending, as well as events / promotion-
- You possess the ability to get a good understanding of the Spirits & Champagne industry, competitors, channels & customers and implement this into the daily job-
- Your skillset includes effectively presenting product details, history and USP’s and incorporating them into trainings for all relevant stakeholders-
- You have an existing network on the national gastronomy scene-
- You are able to promote the activities (pictures & videos from events or activations) on social media to drive awareness and reach-
- You're a creative thinker with a serious passion for sales and marketing-
- You're independent, self-motivated and can work off your own initiative, driven by the willingness to innovate and being creative-
- You have strong communication skills and a self-confident appearance-
- You hold a valid category B driver's license-
- You are fluent in German & have very good knowledge of spoken and written English- What we offer-
