**Job Description**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your job as H&M Sustainability Specialist involves a lot of responsibility and a lot of fun.

On your to-do list are the following tasks:

- You initiate and drive sustainability projects and activities.
- You are responsible for the internal & external communication of all sustainability-related topics.
- You drive projects independently.
- You implement digital workshops and internal lectures for your colleagues on the topic of sustainability.
- You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the sustainability strategy and the associated goals.
- You work closely with Sales Market Teams in Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia, Regional Teams & our Headquarters in Sweden.

**YOUR COMPETENCES**

Like everyone at H&M, you should be a sales-oriented, open-minded, communicative and an ambitious team player who is extremely motivated and optimistic.

You should also have the following qualities:

- You are enthusiastic about sustainability, and you are up to date on current global and local issues.
- You enjoy inspiring and explaining - both in individual discussions and in groups.
- You have a passion for sustainability and are committed to change the world for the better
- You are talented in navigating in an international matrix organization.
- You are familiar with the common MS Office 365 programs.
- Your German and English are fluent, written and spoken.
