Head of Printed Circuit Board Design & Layout (w/m/d)

- ‎- In Ihrer Rolle als Abteilungsleiter für unser PCB Layoutteam in der zentralen R&D gestalten Sie aktiv unsere Produkte mit. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen der einzelnen Produktlinien und der hauseigenen Leiterplattenbestückung zusammen. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sorgen Sie für die fertigungsgerechte und kostenoptimierte Erstellung von technisch anspruchsvollen Analog
- und High-Speed-Designs mithilfe moderner E-CAD-Systeme und Simulationstools.**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Aktive Gestaltung der Design Guidelines im fachlichen Verantwortungsbereich.
- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des fünfköpfigen Teams, bestehend aus erfahrenen Layout Spezialisten
- Kontinuierliche Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit den internen Kunden.
- Funktion als entwicklungsbegleitende Ansprechperson für Themen rund um die Leiterplattentechnologie.
- Weiterentwicklung der Tools, Prozesse und Methoden für den Verantwortungsbereich.
- Verantwortung der E-CAD-Toolchain und der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur für Anton Paar.

**Anforderungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI)
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Hardwareentwicklung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Leiterplattentechnologie
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab, üblicherweise bewegt es sich für die ausgeschriebene Stelle im Bereich von €4,500.00 bis €5,500.00 (brutto/Monat, ohne Überstunden).
