To ensure ROMY’s success, we are expanding our team, hiring:
**Jun. Sales / Account Manager (M/F/x)**
**In this role, you will be part of our Sales-team, taking care of strategically managing relationships with existing B2B2C accounts as well as acquiring new ones to help the brand grow and expand.

**Your role**:

- Manage and develop customer relationships across Europe
- Develop and implement commercial strategies (for retail, online and distribution channels) and business plans
- Monitor and analyze market sales and market share development and identify business opportunities
- Acquire new customers and build strong long-term relationships
- Cooperate closely with several departments, most notably Marketing (retail marketing)
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks in the context of Sales

**Your profile**:

- First professional experience in account management resp. key account management, ideally in the context of FMCG
- Very strong customer and service-orientation
- Fluency in English and German, good communication-skills
- Pronounced analytical and strategic thinking
