Wir erweitern unser Cloud-Channel Solutions Team und suchen nach einem Internal Account Manager, der sich um unsere Bestandskunden im Service Provider Umfeld kümmert und bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lead Generierung, Angebotserstellung und Auftragserfassung hat, sowie Freude und Spaß an der Kundenbetreuung mitbringt.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Account Verantwortlichen kümmert sich der Internal Account Manager um die telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in Österreich und der Schweiz, erstellt Angebote im Bereich Hardware, Software und IT-Services und dient als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, Herstellern (wie z.B. Microsoft, VMware, Veeam) und unseren Insight Experten.

Was du mitbringst:
- Du bist begeistert, mit Kunden zu sprechen und hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisation zeichnen deinen Arbeitsstil aus.
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung im B2B Bereich, idealerweise als Inside Sales im IT-Umfeld (IT-Reseller, System Integrator, Service Provider, Hersteller, Distribution, etc.)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Office (Word, Excel), sowie möglichst SAP-Erfahrung
