Enery ist ein österreichisches Energieunternehmen, das sich ausschließlich auf erneuerbare Energien konzentriert. Wir haben uns auf die Planung, Errichtung und den Betrieb von Photovoltaik-Großprojekten spezialisiert, betreiben und entwickeln aber auch Windparks und Wasserkraftwerke. Unser Ziel ist es, 100%ig erneuerbare Energieerzeugung zu erschwinglichen Preisen und mit höchstmöglichen Versorgungs
- und Sicherheitsstandards zu garantieren. Enery deckt die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette, von der Entwicklung bis hin zur Stromlieferung, selbst ab. Aus diesem Grund sind wir für Gewerbe und Industriekunden der ideale Partner. Wir betreiben derzeit 312 MW Photovoltaikanlagen an 58 Standorten in der Tschechischen Republik, der Slowakei, Rumänien, Estland, Österreich und Bulgarien

Das neu gegründete Team von Energy Industry Partnership (EIP) ist insbesondere für die Entwicklung und Anbringung von Photovoltaic-Anlagen auf Dächern zuständig und ist sowohl in Österreich wie auch in zahlreichen anderen Ländern Europas tätig.

Tasks
- Unterstützung unseres Teams aus juristischer Perspektive bei der Entwicklung von Projekten
- Erstellung von länderspezifischen Anweisungen auf der Grundlage von Memoranden
- Vertragsrechtliche Aufgaben
- Juristische Recherchen

**Requirements**:

- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
- Du bist mindestens im 3. Jahr deines Studiums
- Kenntnisse des Zivilrechts
- Du bist in der Lage juristische Memoranden eigenständig zusammenzufassen
- Dir sind österreichische Rechtsdatenbanken vertraut
- Du hast starkes Interesse an der Teilnahme an Projekten in verschiedenen Ländern und unterschiedlichen Gesetzgebungen
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer
