**Your mission**:

- Discover and interpret insights from a variety of different datasets;
- Advise on actionable client recommendations;
- Collaborate with other teams and create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and new ideas;
- Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance consumer insights capabilities;
- Make an impact

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years of experience in analyzing data and discovering insights, in consumer-related sectors (agency, manufacturer, or retailer side);
- Experience in manipulating data, extracting and creating impactful insights from large datasets;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to visualize and communicate findings effectively;
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experimental design knowledge;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent programming experience in R;
- Experience with GitHub and RMarkdown;
- Passion for clean code, data analysis and data visualization;
- Background in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
