**Umdasch Group Ventures** is the innovation hub of the Umdasch Group, whose task is to identify new technologies, methods and materials and to develop them to market maturity. It does this in the core areas of construction and retail, and in future also in new areas along the life cycle of a building object.

As Manager 3D Concrete Printing [3DCP], you will lead the Go-to-Market of our 3DCP Activities, while identifying market and customer driven innovation and development needs. This role requires a strategic and commercial leader, with a sound understanding of 3DCP technologies, materials science, and manufacturing processes to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with additive manufacturing in the construction value chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic and Commercial Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for 3DCP aligned with the overall Umdasch strategy
- Define Go-to-Market strategy, business model and build a strong ecosystem to successfully win projects for 3DCP in the market
- Assess further scaling and growth options (organic and inorganic), incl. strategic alliances

**External and Internal Collaboration**:

- Inspire and grow a network of designers, engineers and partners for 3DCP
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development
- Strong collaboration with 3DCP development team

**Technical Expertise**:

- Oversee further market and client driven development of 3DCP technology and products
- Ensure highest quality standards in all 3DCP activities from MVPs to real life projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee the end-to-end management of commercial 3DCP projects, from lead generation to finishing of a project, incl. contractual negotiations

**Innovation and Development**:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in 3D printing
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, enablers, suppliers, technology partners and service providers

**Budgeting and Resource Allocation**:

- Propose, submit and oversee the budget for the 3D printing Go-to-Market (G2M) Projects

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with relevant experience in 3DCP and additive manufacturing for the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., team leader)
- Proven record of successfully managing 3D printing projects from concept to real building of 3DCP Structures

- Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, commercialize and scale novel solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills and collaborative team player
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for high quality work
- Commercial mindset and an ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a big plus.
