**Deine Capco Aufgaben**
- Du begleitest herausfordernde agile Tech-Projekte hinsichtlich Aufbau, Entwicklung und Optimierung von technischen Lösungen mit Fokus auf Kernbankenlösungen, Konzernsteuerung und Digital und trägst dazu bei, die Anwendungslandschaft im Banken
- und Versicherungsumfeld von morgen zu entwickeln
- Unsere Kunden berätst Du zu technischen Lösungskonzepten und Einführungsstrategien, Tech-Stack, Design Patterns, Softwareentwicklungsprozess, Anwendung sowie Daten
- und Infrastruktur-Architektur und schaffst die Basis für deren termin
- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung
- Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dich in verschiedenen internen Themen mit einzubringen und eigene Ideen umzusetzen - dabei treibst Du Deine eigene fachliche, methodische und persönliche Weiterentwicklung und die Deines Umfeldes voran
- Du baust professionelle, verlässliche und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern der Kundenorganisation auf
- Im Laufe des Projektes übernimmst Du immer mehr Verantwortung für Deine Themen bis hin zur Führung von (Teil-) Projekten und (kleineren) Projektteams

**Dein Capco Profil**
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, beispielsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieur
- oder Naturwissenschaften in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld oder in einem FinTech zeichnen Dich aus
- Du hast nachweisliche Praxierfahrung mit der Lösungsarchitektur in Microservices Projekten, in der objektorientierten Programmierung sowie Design Patterns
- Begeisterung und Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit dem folgenden Tech-Stack bringst Du mit: Java, Spring Boot, API Rest, Cloud und Microservices
- Du hast ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Cloud Plattformen sowie in den Bereichen Cloud-native Entwicklung, Integration, Governance, Security sowie Scalability
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Koordination von technischen und fachlichen Aufgaben bringst Du mit und bist engagiert im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie dem Leadership Team
- Du bist teamfähig und hast sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse wie auch die Flexibilität hinsichtlich hybridem Arbeiten sowie den Einsatz vor Ort beim Kunden runden Dein Profil ab
