You will be working in an international, cross functional environment being part of Mondelez Europe Transformation & Strategy Team. The team is managing a Project Portfolio of up to 80 highly strategic, transformational & cross functional projects spanning whole Mondelez Europe region.

You will support us in further developing our project portfolio management approach by bringing in a new outside perspective, as well as support the automation of project portfolio management

**Responsibilities**:
You will:

- Evaluate what is best in class Project Portfolio Management
- Benchmark our current MONDELEZ approach versusthe identified best in class Project Portfolio Management approach
- Assess Project
- & Project Portfolio Management tools on the market
- Develop a Change Dashboard
- Support automation of Project Portfolio Management

**Requirements**:

- Know-how in benchmarking, project, process,change & project portfolio management
- Affinity to systems
- Strong soft & presentation skills
- Teamplayer which is able to work independently
- Fluent in English
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
- Active student status
