The Customer Intelligence and Analytics department has the task of processing all available information about the bank's customers in such a way that the customer can be advised, provided with services and developed in an optimal and sustainable manner, while safeguarding their rights and in the interests of the bank.

**Your Tasks**:

- Link between banking and IT experts as well as the central business hub in exciting transaction classification projects
- Collaborating with various internal & external stakeholders in AT and other countries
- You are one of the main contact persons for the business requirements
- Specify requirements in Jira and to moderate refinements
- Improve classification models and continuously improve classification quality

**Your Background**:

- Ability to think analytically and strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
- Three years work experience within the field of business analysis and requirements engineering in an agile development environment
- Solid experience in the field of banking data, especially analysis of transactional data, testing and quality assurance is greatly appreciated and extra rewarded
- Enjoy working with numbers, data and IT systems, Programming skills (SQL/Python/SAS) are an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional skills in English are an advantage
