**Role Description**:
**Conditions and Benefits**:

- A minimum gross salary of 38.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
- Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
- Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
- A modern office in Innsbruck, in the middle of the Alps

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture and edit videos of manufacturing processes at customer locations worldwide
- Create multimedia content for blended learning courses that aligns with educational objectives and our methodology, including:

- Developing interactive PowerPoint presentations for workshops
- Producing engaging training videos that captivate learners
- Designing flexible e-learning courses and modules with tools like Articulate 360
- Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and use it to continuously improve and refine content, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of learners

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of graphic design principles
- Expertise in using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for designing and editing purposes
- A background in education or training is highly beneficial, enhancing the ability to align multimedia content with pedagogical principles and learning outcomes effectively
- Experience with e-learning content authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360, is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality and impactful work
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms
