Your new adventure

In this varied position, you will be responsible for the commercial processing and cost monitoring of facility management projects as well as assisting the Facility Management department and the Facility Management Manager

Responsibility for CAPEX and OPEX cost monitoring and compliance with financial and purchasing processes

Preparation of accruals and deferrals for monthly and annual financial statements

Processing of ongoing cost-related tasks

Coordination and timely completion and entry of planning (budget, forecast) in SAP

Cooperation with and interface to finance (A&L, account assignments, etc.) and purchasing

Administration and accounting of business trips, overtime reports and personnel requests

Preparation of presentations and general assistance activities

Your experiences and skills

Completed commercial training (apprenticeship) and initial relevant professional experience

Good user knowledge of programs such as MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems

Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English desirable

Organized personality with a precise and independent way of working

Ability to work in a team and high problem-solving skills
