Im Bereich PROTOTYPING & TESTING erwecken wir neue Produkte zum Leben und Prüfen diese auf Herz und Nieren. Bist du ein Praktiker und willst deine theoretischen Kenntnisse Hands-On umsetzen?

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n **Teamleiter Systemtest und Messtechnik (w/m/d)** am Standort **Köstendorf.**

**DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE**:

- Fachliche und disziplinäre Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiter im Bereich „Systemtest, Messtechnik“
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen bei Beratung von neuen Tests und Diskussion über gewonnene Erkenntnisse
- Technische und organisatorische Projekte leiten, koordinieren oder mitplanen. Laufende Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von Systemen und Prozessen. Planen, priorisieren und verteilen von Arbeiten
- Prüfung und Bewertung verschiedener Test
- und Messberichte. Ableitung von Verbesserungspotentialen und Empfehlungen
- Stetige Entwicklung und Optimierung der Test
- und Messinfrastruktur

**DEINE QUALIFIKATION**:

- Technische Ausbildung (FH oder TU) Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Regelungstechnik und Hydraulik
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufspraxis als Teamleiter
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Elektrik / Elektronik, Softwareentwicklung, Bussystemen (CAN /CANopen) und Messtechnik
- Problemlösekompetenz, Offenheit für Neues und kreatives Denken zeichnen dich aus. Freude am Einsatz von kreativen Innovationsmethoden und an der laufenden Verbesserung von Systemen und Prozessen
- Freude an der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen, sowie das nötige Maß an sozialer Kompetenz. Respekt und Wertschätzung Deinen Mitarbeitern und Kollegen gegenüber ist Dir wichtig
- Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
