**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Technical Specification Support**:

- Provide tailored and certified product and system solutions to customers.
- Support sales teams with accurate and reliable technical information and solutions.
- Serve as the final point of contact for resolving technical questions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of product specifications.
- Train and educate customers and sales teams on product features, installation processes, and maintenance requirements.

**Cooperation with R&D**:

- Assist in defining new product development projects.
- Provide technical consultancy during new product development projects.
- Support the specification and execution of system tests (fire, acoustic, clean room, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve product designs and functionalities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process for new product concepts.

**Technical Scope**:

- Oversee suspended ceiling system performance, including fire resistance, acoustic properties, durability, and load resistance.
- Utilize and enhance wood wool production technology.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to incorporate best practices into product development.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experienced in the building material industry in a role as a technical support engineer/technician.
- Experienced in product and system consulting.
- Experienced in communication with customers and external testing facilities.
- Open-minded and able to share relevant information with colleagues and ask for information.
- Solid oral and written German and English skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
