**About Us**

The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7 night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world

**About the role**

This position is split into two roles, with 75% of shifts worked as Bar Manager, and 25% of shifts worked as Guest Service Attendant.

The Bar Manager is an integral position in the hospitality operations on the Murray Princess. They are responsible for all aspects of bar work including cocktail mixing, tray and table service, and wine waiting with a strong focus on guest service. The Bar Manager is accountable for the responsible service of alcohol, stock supplies, control and ordering, daily financial reports, cleanliness of the bar and staff supervision.

The Guest Services attendant is responsible for the day to day operations of the souvenir shop onboard the vessel including stock supplies, control and ordering, food preparation and serving, processing transactions, and cleanliness of the souvenir shop and equipment. This position is responsible for promoting the highest possible standards in customer service, as well as assisting the Bar Manager with drink and table service.

All meals and accommodation on board the Murray Princess when rostered on duty are included.

The current roster rotation for this position is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (PPT).

This position requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, and a passion for selling a wide assortment of products while demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
