Marketing Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Initiate, plan and lead MU marketing campaigns.
- Plan, develop, and implement online and offline content.
- Creation and delivery of marketing reports, marketing research and competitor analysis.
- Support in the creation, management and evaluation of customer journey maps.
- Tracking and reporting on agreed KPIs, ROI and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, give-away articles, etc.).
- Provide marketing support for in-house and external events.
- Help to manage the MU brand online and for the different university locations (at present Vienna and Nanjing).
- Support in the organization of recruitment activities (i.e., university tours, information evenings, open days, high school visits, fairs, agents’ events, etc.).
- Manage relations with marketing partners.

**Your profile**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management and communications.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office.
- Valid work permit in Austria.
