**Agile Coach (f/m/d)**

**YOUR TASKS**

As Agile Coach you are responsible for driving change by championing an agile mindset to challenge the culture at Allianz Technology to continuously grow as the IT partner of choice. Thereby you ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
- Accompany, support, and shape our agile journey by facilitating the rollout of agile within and across product areas, to deliver the leading IT and insurance products to our customers worldwide.
- Empower the areas to implement specific Allianz Technology tailored agile processes and agile methodologies.
- Support the ramp up of new agile teams by sharing your practical and theoretical expertise through training, mentoring, and coaching to continuously improve our way of working and collaboration across different areas and stakeholders within the group.
- Maintain and optimize agile tooling to support our teams towards becoming self-organizing and autonomous.
- Become an advocate and voice of agility within and outside the organization by sharing best practice experiences, successes and learnings to create enthusiasm for agile culture.
- Resolve impediments and conflicts collaboratively within and outside the team by advising, coaching and ensuring a safe space for open communication.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- You are certified as Agile Coach (e.g. Scrum Alliance) and have 3+ years working experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, ideally in a technical surrounding (NTH).
- You have strong leadership abilities, coaching skills and multiplicator qualities. Agile transformation experience is a plus.
- You have an adequate posture to accompany and constructively challenge the teams.
- You have an understanding of software development and interest in modern system architectures.
- You are proactive and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to share your knowledge with our teams in fluent English.
- You are highly motivated, not afraid of getting things done and willing to learn constantly.
