**Better requires process, discipline, and simplification**
We’ll look to you to oversee several large and complex projects and ensure that they are planned, managed and governed in a transparent and disciplined manner. You’ll develop and maintain strong partnership with the Business Sponsor to gain understanding of requirements, sustain open dialogue to manage project deliverables efficiently, to facilitate and drive the benefits of the projects. You’ll support and educate the Business Sponsors, and stakeholders with a focus on shifting projects towards using more Agile principles and methodologies to preserve the team from external pressures which may inhibit its productivity and to enact such project methods in their lines of business. You’ll manage daily scrums to maximize team output, facilitate sprint ceremonies and conflict resolution, hold teams accountable for their commitments and help remove roadblocks to their work. You’ll effectively communicate with senior management and the project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project board, steering committee etc.), and manage the overall configuration and status of the project. Lastly, your role will contribute to and help define, document and standardize Agile processes and metrics.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to communicate effectively across diverse audiences within and outside of the Sprint Team (Stakeholders, Executives) and possess the ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders (business, compliance, Legal, IT, etc.) to remove impediments to sprint commitments. For such a key role, you have solid experience managing projects in a complex consumer financial services environment with multiple products in payment services, or in a regulatory agency specializing in compliance issues for payment services. You’ll possess excellent organization, prioritization and negotiation skills and have strong written and oral communication skill. You’ll be a self-starter and can work independently with mínimal supervision. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other project management qualifications (i.e. IMPA and/or PMI), and/or six sigma certification are highly preferred.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 61,542 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
