**Über die Rolle**:
In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen den Teams der pharmazeutischen Produktion und Spezialisten aus anderen Fachbereichen. Bewerben Sie sich, wenn Sie Root-Cause-Analysen ebenso begeistern wie die Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von Datensätzen. **Das bewirken Sie**:

- Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen, sowie fachliche Begleitung bei der Implementierung in die Routineproduktion
- Ursachenfindung mittels Root-Cause
- Analysen
- Abhalten von wöchentlichen Jour fixes mit der Produktion
- Erstellung und Review von Trendanalysen der Produktionsdaten
- Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenfindung im Rahmen von Troubleshooting im Produktionsbereich
- Betreuung und Unterstützung des Produktionspersonals
- Erstellung von SOPs und Berichten
- Auslösung, Bearbeitung und Bewertung von Abweichungen, Änderungsanträgen, CAPAs inkl. Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Abarbeitung

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften, Pharma-Industrie oder Vergleichbares
- Praktische Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Root-Cause-Analysen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Word und Excel sind wünschenswert
- Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch eigenverantwortliches
- und proaktives Arbeiten sowie Organisationsfähigkeit aus
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität, Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Leistungsstärke und eine analytische Denkweise

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.472,88 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
