In this fast-paced environment, we are searching for a Data Analyst from January 2025 onwards. As a Data Analyst at the Athlete Performance Center, your purpose is to leverage data-driven insights to optimize athlete performance, enhance injury prevention strategies, and support informed decision-making across training programs and business initiatives. By analyzing athlete data comprehensively and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of tailored training plans, injury prevention protocols, and strategic business cases aimed at maximizing athlete potential and driving organizational growth within the sports industry
**Data Collection**
Establish and maintain robust data collection processes, ensuring the acquisition of relevant and high-quality datasets for comprehensive analyses.
**Performance Analytics**
Evaluate athlete performance data to provide insights for optimizing training programs, recovery strategies, and nutrition plans.
Develop predictive models for assessing athlete readiness, performance potential, and injury risk factors.
**Training Optimization**
Analyze training data to identify patterns and trends that impact athlete performance and readiness.
Collaborate with coaching staff to develop personalized training programs based on data-driven insights.
**Business Case Creation**
Utilize data analysis and market research to develop business cases for acquiring new sports clubs and projects.
Evaluate market trends, financial projections, and strategic opportunities to support expansion initiatives.
**Cross-Sport Collaboration**
Work closely with data teams, sports medicine practitioners, coaching staff, and nutrition experts across different sports disciplines to share insights and foster collaboration.
Identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance athlete performance, health outcomes, and business development.
**Presentation**
Create compelling presentations to communicate analytical findings, medical insights, training programs, nutrition plans, business cases, and forecasts to key stakeholders, including coaching staff, sports medicine practitioners, nutritionists, management, and potential investors.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics roles, preferably within the sports industry.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple soccer clubs within the Red Bull network.
Passion for soccer and a commitment to contributing to the success of a collaborative and dynamic sports organization.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
