- Providing high-quality, employee experience-oriented first-level support to Austrian employees, managers, and local P&C functions regarding administrative P&C topics throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Data management, data verification, and approval of employee-related data for Austrian employees in MySF and SAP HR.
- Time management in various SAP HR-related tools/portals and provide support to local P&C employees and line managers on time management-related questions (e.g., shift work, flexi time).
- Managing the employee portal My Self Service (based on SAP Fiori technology) and workflows while also providing support to employees and line managers and P&C colleagues
- Supporting necessary changes (e.g., due to legal requirements) as well as improvements of MySF, SAP HR, and My Self Service is a key responsibility for this role.
- Administration of SAP HR user roles and access rights, ensuring user authorization according to defined rules and generate less complex standard and ad-hoc reports from MySF and SAP HR for line managers, P&C internal customers, authorities, etc.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a similar field.
- You have accomplished first relevant professional experiences.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR, My Success Factors, and SAP Fiori functionalities and workflows.
- Through your knowledge on Austrian Payroll, tax, social insurance and labor law topics, you have good understanding of P&C processes.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
- You are fluent in German and English.
