**Deine zukünftige Rolle**

Als Product Manager siehst du die Software Lösung wie dein Baby an und bist maßgeblich dafür zuständig, es beim Wachsen zu unterstützen und dabei zuzuschauen, wie es zu einem ausgereiften System wird. Hierfür braucht es folgende Pflege von dir:

- Erheben der Kundenanforderungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern
- Management des Product Backlogs und Vorschläge in Richtung Mocklab
- Definition der User Stories und Produktanforderungen
- Abhalten von Pre-Sales Terminen und Kick-Offs beim Kunden (hierfür braucht es eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%)

**Du bietest**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (HTL, FH/Uni)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Rolle als PO, Produktmanager oder Ähnliches
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Arbeitsweisen
- Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Teamspirit runden dein Profil ab
