**Are you ready to give wings to our procurement team?**

As Area Procurement Specialist you'll enhance and continuously develop Red Bull's global procurement processes and systems landscape by managing and supporting procurement internal as well as cross-functional initiatives. This includes close collaboration with procurement colleagues and stakeholders from subsidiaries, as well as other departments, to optimize and ensure best integration of procurement processes, IT systems, standards and tools.

**PROCUREMENT DEVELOPMENT**

In this role, you'll improve, develop and implement standard processes including tools for key procurement activities to facilitate the way of working. You'll support in strategic procurement projects and organizational development. You'll identify and manage knowledge gaps and establish training documents.

**DIGITALIZATION & SYSTEM INTEGRATION**

As Area Procurement Specialist you'll drive efforts to optimize IT interfaces, improve system integration, data quality and reporting. Your tasks will also contain the support of business planning preparation as well as support in strategic procurement system implementations and rollouts to subsidiaries.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

In this position, you'll initiate, manage and contribute to Procurement internal, cross-functional and IT projects. You'll use and share project management methodology and act as project lead or coach. Also, you'll ensure proper documentation of projects, project results and of workflows.

**PROCESS MANAGEMENT**

You'll develop and implement a global procurement process model blueprint together with the team. By doing that you'll develop and offer best practice tools and templates for procurement activities. In this role you'll update and enhance our procurement process landscape.

**Qualifications**:
2-5 years of experience in managing process improvements or IT System related projects

General understanding of procurement processes and tools in the FMCG industry is beneficiary

Knowledge of project and process management methods and tools

Advanced level of MS Excel skills

Experience in SAP MM and other procurement systems are considered as a plus

High level of personal energy and drive

Effective problem-solving skills

Team player with entrepreneurial and networked thinking who likes presenting and moderating

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
