Be the architect of our **digital success** As an experienced **Digital Product Owner **with us, you actively **shape Woom's digital future**. Let's redefine the digital game together - the ball's in your court... or should we say, the handlebars

**Your Mission**
- Develop and execute the **digital product vision**, **strategy**, and **roadmap **in alignment with company goals and market trends
- Own and develop Woom's digital products such as the global platform (Ecom), loyalty programs and be the **central control center a for all digital products from a commercial perspective**:

- In a **cross functional team collaboration**, you define clear project goals, scopes, and outcomes. Here you will develop thoughtful plans for time, resources, and more.
- You **coordinate **diverse teams of designers, engineers, marketers, and others. Your aim: seamless the **digital product goals**, communication and maximize collaboration.
- **Manage the budget with us **- from estimation through tracking to reporting. Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- **Evaluate potential commercial impact** for developing the product roadmap and collaborating with 3rd party tools and vendors.
- Identify potential risks and craft clever plans for their minimization. **Proactively take action **to secure project flow, budget, and quality.
- **Keep everyone in the loop **Regularly update teams and stakeholders, present updates confidently to management.
- Infuse a breath of fresh air into processes** Identify opportunities for optimization,** foster innovation, and contribute to the development of best practices

**Your Skills**
- Experience in developing and implementing ecom related **end-to-end processes** (order-to-cash, customer service)
- Ability to develop and implement a **long-term product strategy **in alignment with company goals
- Strong **understanding of product development lifecycle**, and project management principles and familiarity with technology, software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- **Clear** and **persuasive communication** is one of your strengths, allowing you to effectively convey the vision and strategy of the product
- **Data analysis **and **key performance indicators **are your forte, enabling you to make informed decisions and continually enhance the product
- You have a willingness to **foster innovative ideas **and explore new approaches to product development
- Experience in estimating, managing, and **optimizing budgets **within the framework of product development
- You make **independent decisions **and excel at setting **priorities **to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in **managing relationships **with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the needs of all parties are considered
- Excellent proficiency in both **German **and **English**

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world** **We are an **international, multicultural team** with more than **15 nationalities**. With over **170 employees **it can be difficult** to maintain** the **startup atmosphere**, so we **place a lot of emphasis** on a **friendly working atmosphere** and **extensive** **onboarding**.

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.900;
- on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
