Project Administrator

Who you are

We are looking for a new team member who can support our Project Managers with its knowledge of:

- project management processes including methods and tools
- about relevant routines within project area of responsibility
- IKEA Way of working
- how to improve existing ways of working
- our Retail organization, strategies, processes and working methods
- the tools Basware, MS Office, MS Project, Intranet
- how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA
- the IKEA multichannel shopping experience

**Your responsibilities**

Provide support for Project Manager and project team, such as project meeting scheduling and securing compliance with working methods and agreed routines.
- Manage meeting planning and invitations such as taking minutes, manage distribution lists, manage review of invoices, coordinate travels.
- Assemble and run information publishing according to communication plan.
- Secure compliance with working methods and agreed routines.
- Provide general project support within areas of planning, report on progress, analyse data, and documentation.
- Support Project Manager with cost management.
- Support with documentation structure.

For this position, we offer a starting salary of EUR 2.110;
- gross per month (all-in). Depending on experience and qualification an overpayment is possible.
